Just thought I'd say hi as it's been over a year since I posted here. HAH still running well. So well that I get into a fluster when it fails :)

I am still hanging in here

Hi Mark, Brett and any other who still visit th forum.

I am still using the HAH platform on a daily basis to run my home. This includes numerous Rf 433/868 MHz units as well as relays running our zoned central heating.

Have just started experimenting with ESP range of kit, not sure at this time whether to move over to Home Assistant.

Have a great christmass.....

I've been playing with the

I've been playing with the ESP kit as well its fun stuff and way more powerful than the AVR we started with.

Perhaps this year will be the year of Matter, when everybody once and for all commits to using a common standard.  At the moment everybody wants to own the protocol.  I'm hoping Matter solve this just like TCP/IP did away with Token Ring, Appletalk, DecNet, NetWare and all the rest.  Great to hear that you guys are still around.

Maybe it's the darker nights

Maybe it's the darker nights that brings our thoughts back to the HAH, or it could be the ever increasing cost of energy.

I'm so glad this group is still around.
