Possible Fault with my kit?

Hi all
Just activated another HAHuband I'm getting a wierd problem.... Plugboard won't heartbeat properly!... here's what I'm getting from xFx...
Error Message: Invalid name/value pairing. Address components cannot be empty strings.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this, please. I did have it 'instanced', but I removed the value and its now a vanilla system (confirmed by looking in the xap-livebox.ini file)... I've also forced a reload of 306 and removed any applets from the plugboard dir and it still errors!

The error is due to the fact that the xAP message has an error on this line.
source=dbzoo.livebox..Plugboard
See the double dots ?
And that is happening as between those two dots should be the INSTANCE name of your second livebox.
There is a webpage to set this name up. Perhaps the setting was set then blanked out and now the plugboard is still setting it. If that is the case try removing the
[xap]
instance=
setting from the /etc/xap-livebox.ini file.
