Just come across these that B&Q are selling off at £3 each (picked up some last week)

I was thinking more of using them as a plastic shell, maybe with a HAHnode in them rather than the pcba itself, but I thought I'd share the discovery with you.

The external dimensions are 10cm x 6.2cm x 4.4cm tapering to about 3.5cm (including the depth for the sensor)

Any idea what the wireless

Any idea what the wireless frequency is, it would be good to try and decode it and link it to Derek's wireless to serial interface.

hiding in plain sight...

I picked up a couple of those as well for the same reason, ie hiding an HAHNode in plain sight.

I think three  AAA, one on one side and two on the other, an maybe even a suitable motion sensor (4.5v working sensors would be easier to find I think)
